Then we open kettle cook them in cottonseed oil to toughen 'em up. By the time we're through, you could shingle your roof with these son-of-a-guns.

Sour Cream & Cheddar Cheese: Our favorite tater toppings have always been smooth sour cream and tangy cheddar cheese. Naturally, we thought this unique taste combination would be great in a chip – give it a try!
