Industrial Strength Chips!

You may be asking yourself, "What are Industrial Strength potato chips...and why would I want to eat them?" Well, unlike your average paper-thin, delicate-doily, oh-please-be-gentle-with-me potato chips, Dakota Style potato chips are sliced extra thick. Then we open kettle cook them in cottonseed oil to toughen 'em up. By the time we're through, you could shingle your roof with these son-of-a-guns.

As you can imagine, a strong, sturdy chip like this has to have a big, bold taste - one that says, "Oh, so this is what a potato chip is supposed to taste like...I had no idea." Try any one of these Dakota Style flavors and find out for yourself.

If you're thinking "variety is the spice of life," we've got a deal for you. Visit our line of gift boxes.

Our Volunteers

Meet some of our volunteers.
(Ok, so they don't exactly volunteer,
but they're potatoes, what can they do? )

Our Inspection Team

Our crack inspection team on the job.
Nothing gets past these eagle eyes!

Industrial Strength: This is where it all began. We knew we had something special when a local food critic said,"They crunch like two tractors colliding."

Mesquite BBQ

Mesquite: A distant relative from Texas gave us his secret Mesquite natural smoke recipe which, thanks to the success of these chips, isn't a secret anymore.

Jalapeno: “Uh uh aha ahahah wawa oooh oooh oooh, wow!” Need we say more?

Salt and Vinegar

Salt & Vinegar: Seasoned with natural sea salt and a balsamic vinegar, this unique flavor combination is borrowed from the sailors and fishermen on the East coast.

Sour Cream and Cheddar

Sour Cream & Cheddar Cheese: Our favorite tater toppings have always been smooth sour cream and tangy cheddar cheese. Naturally, we thought this unique taste combination would be great in a chip – give it a try!

Honey Mustard

Honey Mustard: A little sweetness. A little tanginess. A whole lotta taste is going on here.

Dill Pickle

Dill Pickle: Zesty dill pickle goodness combined with our industrial strength crunch!
